UTRC Access Control Policy

  • Contractors are limited to the immediate work area and other necessary locations only.

  • Non-U.S. Persons are required to have an escort at all times. The escort must be a UTRC employee.

  • No access will be granted on weekdays before 6 a.m., holidays, weekends, and after 6 p.m. during weekdays without prior approval by the UTRC Security Department.

  • If the responsible picture badge contractor leaves the site then the UTRC Contractor Coordinator for the job must be notified to either assume the escort role or supply an alternate escort. If no one can escort the non-picture badge contractors they will also have to leave the facility.
