Who We Are
United Technologies Research Center (UTRC) is home to some of the world's best scientific and engineering talent. Our current workforce of approximately 450 people is comprised of 300 scientists 70 percent of whom hold doctoral degrees.

UTRC works with talent identified across the globe to enable innovation and grow capability in order to deliver elegant solutions to some of the world's most challenging technical issues.

What We Do
UTRC draws on the support of United Technologies and its businesses, as well as agency and government funding, to address challenges that impact our world in the areas of energy, environment, integrated systems and safety and security.
