MEDICAL: Employees may choose medical coverage through an HMO or "Build-Your-Own" medical options with national providers such as CIGNA, Anthem or Blue Cross/Blue Shield (provider options are based on employee's home zip code). A Health Savings Account (HSA) with High Deductible Health Plan(s) is offered. Prescription drug coverage and mental health and substance treatment is offered in conjunction with the medical plan.
