EMPLOYEE BENEFIT SUMMARY (2008)

UTRC offers a competitive salary and benefit package that includes a variety of options for health and life insurance, retirement savings and paid time-off. These programs are available to both full-time and part-time employees.

MEDICAL: Employees may choose medical coverage through an HMO or "Build-Your- Own" medical options with national providers such as CIGNA, Anthem or Blue Cross/Blue Shield (provider options are based on employee's home zip code). A Health Savings Account (HSA) with High Deductible Health Plan is offered. Prescription drug coverage and mental health and substance treatment is offered in conjunction with the medical plan.

DENTAL: Preventative and comprehensive dental insurance is available as well as coverage through a Dental Maintenance Organization.

LIFE INSURANCE: The company provides one-times pay employee life insurance. Additional employee-paid supplemental life insurance and dependent life insurance is available.

REIMBURSEMENT ACCOUNTS: Employees may contribute pre-tax dollars to Dependent Day Care and Health Care Spending Accounts (up to $5k each) for covered out-of-pocket expenses.

This plan offers over 25 investment options and the company matches 60 % of first 6% of employee contribution after 1 year of service.
