At UTRC, we consider how things should be and then put those ideas into action. This is especially true when it comes to improving the communities we call home. Through volunteerism and other forms of support, the people of UTRC deliver real, personal impact by supporting community-focused activities and providing time, talent and energy to neighbors and communities in need. This includes volunteer outreach in many areas of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM), as well as green initiatives, arts and culture organizations, and health and human services groups. Organizations we support regularly include American Cancer Society (Relay for Life), CT Invention Convention, CT Science Fair, FIRST Robotics, Special Olympics, and the United Way.

Give More of Ourselves and Get More in Return
UTRC volunteers give generously in support of company-sponsored events and other outside programs, to strengthen the communities where they work and live. Often, these efforts draw additional support through the company's direct funding or matching gift and volunteer grant programs. The result is a true, collective effort to improve the minds and lives of those around us and reward those within our UTRC family for the leadership and skills they are so willing to share.
